These terms govern your use of the Arizona Statutory Registered Agent website and the statutory agent service provided by Arizona Statutory Registered Agent LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the site or signing up, you agree to these terms.
We act as your statutory agent in Arizona. We accept legal documents and state notices at our Gilbert office during business hours and pass them to you through your account. We do not provide legal advice.
The service is $9.99 for every year. We send an invoice before your renewal date. Fees are not refundable once the term has started, except where required by law.
You agree to give us accurate contact information and to keep it current, so we can forward your documents. You are responsible for acting on the documents we deliver, including any legal deadlines they carry.
We are not a law firm and we do not give legal or tax advice. Information on this site is general and may not fit your situation. For advice, talk to a licensed attorney or accountant.
We work to deliver your documents quickly and reliably. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim tied to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior twelve months.
